Beyblade (ベイブレード Beiburēdo) is the title of an anime and manga series made by Takao Aoki and Adachi Takafumi which tells the story of a group of children who fight by using a top-sophisticated tops and have certain powers. The main character of this series is an eighth grader named Tyson Granger (Takao Kinomiya in Japanese and Indonesian), and her friend, Kai Hiwatari, Ray Kon and Max Tate. Takao and his group met with many friends, enemies or new rival in the journey. Interestingly, Beyblade story line is similar to the Idaten Jump storyline, such as cloudy as the final episode and the background of a tall building where his enemies. Even using a different closing song than the previous episode.
Beyblade first appeared in 1999 in the form of manga and toys that are only available in Japan. After a successful manga version, Beyblade anime version later released, not only in Japan, but also in the United States, Canada, Britain, China, Europe, and Indonesia.
